Jessica received her advanced certification through PEAK Pilates in 2020, which honors Joseph Pilates' original principles while integrating modern advancements in movement and anatomy. With a Bachelor's in Education & Business Management and a Master's in Hospitality Management, her 16-year career in education provided a natural transition into teaching what she's most passionate about — Pilates.

Classes for Every Level
Every class is capped at just 3 clients for personalized attention. Using a combination of reformer, chair, and tower equipment.
Beginner
Designed for those new to pilates, those with injuries, or those who want a slower workout. Focus on fundamental exercises to improve core strength, stability, and flexibility.
Intermediate
Build upon foundational skills learned in beginner classes. Includes more complex exercises that challenge strength, coordination, and flexibility to a greater degree.
Advanced
Incorporate more complex exercises challenging stability and balance, requiring greater control and focus. Designed for experienced practitioners ready to push their limits.

Pilates Reformer
A specialized bed-like frame with a sliding carriage, adjustable springs for resistance, pulleys, and a footbar. Designed by Joseph Pilates to enhance strength, flexibility, and posture.

Pilates Tower
A vertical, mat-based apparatus equipped with springs, bars, and loops to provide resistance, support, and deeper stretching for a full-body workout.

Pilates Chair
Perform various exercises while seated, standing, or using the chair for support. Enables participants to target multiple muscle groups while maintaining proper body alignment.
