Rooted in Classical Pilates, Inspired by Modern Movement
Jessica received her advanced certification through PEAK Pilates in 2020, a program which honors Joseph Pilates' original principles while integrating them with today's evolving practice. Rooted in classical pilates, her certification covers the full breadth of traditional Pilates while incorporating modern advancements in the understanding of movement and anatomy.
Jessica's education consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Education & Business Management, and a Master's Degree in Hospitality Management. Her accomplished 16-year career in education teaching provided a natural transition into teaching what she feels most passionate about — Pilates.
A Personal Journey Through Movement
Jessica was introduced to mat pilates in 2005 and then the reformer pilates machines in 2010. But following a back injury in 2012, Jessica began to truly appreciate the benefits of strengthening the core and correcting faulty movement patterns. The reformer allowed her to stay physically active and move without pain — a life-changing transformation she enthusiastically loves to share with others.

Pilates on the Lake
Now based in beautiful Horseshoe Bay on the shores of Lake LBJ, Jessica has created an intimate studio where she can share her passion with the Highland Lakes community. With classes capped at just 3 clients, every session is personalized, every movement is intentional, and every client receives the attention they deserve.

At HSB Pilates, every class honors the original principles of Joseph Pilates — concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, and breathing. Jessica believes that pilates is not about how many reps you can do, but about the quality and intention behind every single movement. With only 3 clients per class, she ensures that every person receives the guidance needed to move safely, effectively, and with purpose.
